Boutique, Premium, Estate Grown


Our boutique wines in the Barossa Valley range are produced only from a single vineyard hence providing consistency from vintage to vintage. Crop loads are controlled at pruning for achieving the best quality. Harvesting date is decided carefully, ensuring full maturity and a Baume of about 15. After crashing the grapes, skin contact is for 7 days using open fermentation to allow the release of pigments and flavors that reside in the skin. The wines are matured in selected oak for up to two years, under meticulous care. Interference with fermentation and maturation is kept to a minimum, ensuring the wines develop as naturally as possible.
